Nancy Pone, CLEC, CD(DONA), M.O.M.
Providing support and education for mothers and expecting mothers is one thing that keeps the spring in my step! After having two sets of twins and two singletons, and breastfeeding all of them, and now beginning a journey of homeschooling and raising a children with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder and anxiety struggles, I often find my conversations with other moms turn immediately toward one or more of these topics. I’m not an expert in anything, but I feel like I have lived through almost everything! I know that isn’t really the case, but I love to encourage women and help them navigate and integrate their new life as mothers. I know women were created for birthing, mothering and breastfeeding. But at the same time, we live in a very imperfect world, and things do not always go as hoped. So we make informed choices and draw on the resources available to us, moving forward confident that we did our best! If you would like to know more about me, I have written some biographical articles for Minnesota Valley Mothers of Multiples you can find HERE. I also have a blog dedicated to all I am learning about being a mom of multiples that can be found HERE.
